When you’ve got an online shop your products are available for sale 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Customers can be in their offices, on the bus, or even in bed. They might be on a computer, a tablet, or their phone; and they might easily share your products with friends, family, or their social networks.

The right shop makes it easy for customers to buy – upselling and showing them products they might be interested in, and automatically working out taxes, shipping, and billing them. If they don’t make a purchase, but leave something in their shopping cart, the shop can send them a reminder email later in the day or even later in the week, possibly even offering them a discount as incentive to come back and make that purchase.

With a massive amount of functionality right ‘out of the box’, there are also plugins available that can meet many online shop needs.

Where we used to build shops from scratch, custom creating all of the functionality required, these days the work is more of about customizing and configuring, allowing us to build shops for clients that are robust and effective.
